Cooled and painless!

Immediately after the treatment, our patients receive the so-called Hilotherm mask. Cooling fluid is directed to the affected areas via a hose system and the tissue is cooled by about 10 degrees. The positive consequences: Less swelling, less pain, less inflammation and faster healing.

When teeth become ill or fall out, many patients are faced with the question: tooth replacement yes or no – and if so, in what form?

There can be only one answer here: Sick teeth harm our organism and must be removed – resulting gaps should be closed immediately!

Why?

• The longer diseased, inflamed, or dead teeth remain in the mouth, the greater the health risks to the organism from bacteria and cytotoxins!
• When teeth are missing, healthy bone is broken down and gums retract!
• Sick teeth or gaps between teeth are aesthetically unpleasing.
• Either tooth gaps or removable temporaries remain as an alternative!
• The longer the treatment is postponed, the more complex and costly it becomes.
• The patient loses enjoyment, comfort, time, money and social skills.

With ceramic implants, in most cases we have the possibility of performing a so-called immediate implant placement. In this case, we remove diseased or destroyed teeth and place the dental implants directly. During the same session, our patients receive a fixed temporary restoration so that they can immediately resume their daily routine.

The implant – the artificial tooth root – signals to the body that a tooth must be held here again and the degradation of the jaw bone is stopped!

Success factors of immediate implant placement

Immediate implant placement belongs in the hands of an experienced implantologist. In our certified practice for biological dentistry and ceramic implants, we treat our patients according to a precisely defined procedure.

• Our patients benefit from a special biological procedure that allows us to perform a very gentle surgical procedure.
• For optimal wound healing and support of the immune system, we use high-dose vitamin and mineral complexes (according to the proven Bone Healing Protocol by Dr. Alexander Neubauer).
• Thorough disinfection of the entire surgical area and local disinfection with ozone ensures maximum hygiene and sterility.

In our practice for biological dentistry and ceramic implants in Tittling, implantations are possible immediately in most cases. First and foremost, we need a firm base to fix the ceramic implants – a firm jawbone!

The healthier the jawbone, the better ceramic implants can heal. But even if the bone is not strong enough, we can provide our patients with dental implants. Biological dentistry also offers compatible, gentle methods to rebuild a weak jawbone.

What happens when we hurt ourselves? In the case of small wounds, our organism uses its own systems and sends so-called platelets to the site of the incident. The platelets stick together smaller wounds and are supported by certain proteins (proteins) that accelerate wound healing.

A capability that we also make use of in biological dentistry: A small amount of blood is taken from the patient, which is then centrifuged. This produces a highly concentrated amount of platelets (thrombocytes) and many other cells (proteins, growth hormones) that are necessary for optimal wound healing.

The resulting concentrate contains all the necessary information for the formation of new tissue. After only 15 minutes, we have obtained a solid membrane that we can insert in the appropriate places. These so-called
Choukroun A-PRF membranes
are used, for example, for implantation, bone augmentation, tooth removal and the removal of NICOs are used.

A-PRF membranes are 100% derived from autologous tissue. Here, too, our principle of maximum biological compatibility applies!*
