If the patient is free of complaints, it is possible to start sport again after 10 days after the surgical intervention. After a sinus lift procedure, sports may only be performed again after 14 days. You may also visit the sauna again after 14 days at the earliest.
After 3 to 6 months, the long-term temporaries are removed again by us and the teeth or implants are prepared again, i.e. the so-called "fine tuning" is carried out, in which the later crown margin is placed extremely precisely exactly at gum level or minimally below it. Then the impression is taken for the dental technician.
For single posterior crowns, a digital impression is taken and the crown is fabricated immediately and placed the same day after a few hours.
For large works or for crowns in the esthetic range, a conventional impression is taken and transferred to a plaster model. The master dental technician produces the crowns on this. These are viewed together with you before final cementation (try-in appointment) and modified again if necessary. Depending on the number of crowns, there is a period of 5 to 10 working days between the impression date and the cementation date.
Your deposit serves as a confirmation of your appointment reservation.
We work according to the "ALL IN ONE" concept. This means it will be a long appointment up to a full working day incl. of pre- and post-treatments with a whole team reserved for you. Thus, your deposit also serves as security for us.
The deposit will of course be deducted from the invoice for your treatment.
Good healing of implants also depends on their optimal cooperation. The implants must not be loaded under any circumstances during the healing phase (6-8 weeks).
If you receive a temporary restoration directly, this is only for esthetic purposes, not for function, and must therefore not be loaded.
If it is nevertheless loaded, the implant may not heal in the bone.

Anreise mit dem Auto/Parkmöglichkeiten:
Es sind genügend Parkplätze vor dem Gebäude der Praxis vorhanden.
Der nächstgelegene Bahnhof befindet sich in Passau und ist ca. 20 min mit dem Auto entfernt.
Idealerweise sollte der Vitamin D3 Spiegel (25-OH-D3) im oberen Bereich der Norm liegen. Prof. Dr. Joseph Choukroun aus Nizza empfiehlt einen Spiegel von >70ng/m, dem wir uns anschließen, da wir hiermit die besten Ergebnisse erzielt haben.
Bei Endokarditisprophylaxe muss ein Antibiotikum 1 Stunde vor dem Termin eingenommen werden (2000 mg Amoxicillin, bei Allergie auf Amoxicillin 600mg Clindamycin). Nach Rücksprache mit dem behandelnden Arzt, kann das Rezept dafür auch von uns ausgestellt werden.
Auch wenn Sie dort nie einen Weisheitszahn hatten, so hat dort doch auf jeden Fall ein Zahnkeim existiert, welcher durch eine Schwäche auf diesem Meridian nicht die Kraft hatte, sich zu einem Weisheitszahn zu entwickeln. Dieser Keim ist dann im Laufe der Jahre „vermodert“ und hat einen optimalen Nährboden für eine NICO* geschaffen. Oft haben diese Patienten sogar besonders große NICO’s in diesen Regionen.
