1. Please send us following documents in advance:

• the completed health questionnaire,
• a current 2D X-ray image (Orthopantomogram), which your dentist at home may provide, or a 3D X-ray image (digital volume tomography / 3D Dental Cone Beam CT)

2. Free consultation:

• After we have received the necessary documents, we will make a preliminary evaluation
• Our backoffice will contact you and make an appointment for a video or telephone consultation with one of Dr. Alexander Neubauer’s dentists
• He will inform you about treatment options and clarify any open questions

(Duration: about 30 minutes)

3. Personal consultation with Dr. Neubauer:

• Dr. Neubauer will personally review the documents and previously collected medical information from his dentists and discuss your treatment plan in a video call. It is also possible for his dentists to conduct this personal consultation.
• This personal consultation will be charged with 200.00 EUR. This amount of money will be refunded if you decide to undergo treatment with us.
